12:00 Drinks reception in the Atrium, Cardiff Hilton with support from Admiral work place choir
12:25 Guests proceed through to the Ballroom for seating / Finalists’ group photograph in the Atrium Hilton while guests find their seats.
12:35 Formal welcome

Sarah Jones grew up in Blackwood, South Wales with a love of sport. A former professional tennis player, Sarah represented Wales at all age groups and at senior level. Tennis gave her many opportunities and her experiences in sport have led her to pursue a career in the sector, and in her current role as CEO of Welsh Netball, Sarah seeks to enable positive change through her leadership.


Carly Thompsett is the owner of Anaphase Store. She left school at 15 after being told she wouldn’t achieve anything in life. After the death of her grandfather, she decided to follow her dreams of being her own boss. Carly enrolled onto The Prince’s Trust Explore Enterprise Programme. She now runs a successful online retail store.
