The 2019 Leading Wales Awards is seeking nominations of individuals in Wales (in all sectors and at all levels of responsibility) whose leadership is courageous, inspirational and transformational. Nominations open on 9th April.

This leadership conversation will explore how courageous, inspirational and transformational leadership really looks. Is this the kind of leadership that will help us build a bright future and contribute to building the Wales We Want? What do you think?

Our conversation will start with an inspiring leadership story from John Rodway.

John is an Executive in the Software Industry leading Professional Services teams delivering change programmes across a range of Industries and Public Sector organisations.

John grew up near Caerphilly before moving to Hampshire. John has been a School Chair of Governors, Parish Councillor and is a Trustee at Victoria College in Birmingham. John is also a Carer for his wife Sherry.

John and Sherry have two children, Sam 24 and Katie 21.

The event will be facilitated by Barbara Chidgey, Executive Chair of the Leading Wales Awards and a leadership coach / facilitator.
