Academi Wales is the national centre for leadership excellence in Wales. We understand the need to build leaders for the future – especially in these challenging times where we need to save money and make the best use of what we have. Rather than developing knowledge and experience in traditional boundaries, we add value by continuing to develop thinking, best practice, and knowledge across generations, sectors and professions across the Welsh public service.

We seek to inspire by setting the strategic direction for leadership in Wales through our events and publications and equip leaders with straight forward and effective approaches to their challenges. We support leaders so they can unlock their problems and find their own solutions and stretch them to achieve the possible through our innovative development programmes and facilitation methods. We aim to bring world-class learning to public service leaders and managers across Wales, offering them a broad range of cutting-edge activities.
